Personal Care Aide

University Home Care Inc is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Personal Care Aide to join our team in Brighton, MI. In this role, you will provide essential support to clients by assisting with daily living activities, promoting independence, and ensuring their comfort and safety. • Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Help with mobility and transferring as needed.
• Support clients with meal preparation and feeding.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and safe environment.
• Monitor and report any changes in client condition or behavior to supervising staff.
• Follow care plans and adhere to company policies and procedures.

• Compassionate, patient, and reliable with strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are preferred.
• Must be able to pass background checks.
