We are seeking a motivated Associate Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon to become part of our dynamic team. Our state‑of‑the‑state facility in Brighton, with expansion to a second location in Lansing, offers an exceptional environment for both new and experienced surgeons to thrive.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a full‑scope practice with access to an in‑house operating room. We provide mentorship for new surgeons and abundant resources for established surgeons to excel. Our practice is committed to delivering high‑quality patient care in a cutting‑edge, supportive environment. There are full‑time and part‑time positions available.

• Full‑Scope Practice: engage in a wide range of oral and maxillofacial procedures including all‑on‑X, orthognathic, TMJ and cosmetic surgery if desired.
• In‑House OR: perform surgeries in our modern, fully equipped operating room.
• Mentorship & Growth: tailored support for new surgeons and opportunities for established surgeons to expand their practice.

• Valid Michigan dental license (or eligibility to obtain).
