About the RoleThis is not a traditional administrative assistant position.
Strickler Financial Group is seeking a high-level Executive Assistant who operates as a true right hand to the founder and leadership team. This role is for someone who anticipates needs, takes ownership, and drives follow-through—not someone who waits for instructions or prefers narrowly defined tasks.
By supporting leadership and improving execution across the firm, this role directly contributes to our ability to serve more families and deliver on our mission.
Responsibilities- Own and manage the founder’s inbox and calendar, prioritizing communications and responding when appropriate
- Anticipate needs and proactively resolve issues before they escalate
- Track company scorecards, reports, and key deliverables
- Follow up with advisors and team members to ensure CRM updates, pipelines, and tasks are completed
- Prepare meeting agendas, capture action items, and ensure post-meeting follow-through
- Coordinate travel, logistics, and special projects
- Serve as a professional point of contact for internal communication and select client interactions
- Identify and improve systems, workflows, and internal organization
- Takes pride in meaningful work that positively impacts people’s lives

- 5+ years of professional experience (10+ preferred)
- Experience as an Executive Assistant, Operations Manager, or similar role supporting leadership
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized with sound judgment and discretion
- Experience working with founders or leadership teams
- EOS experience is a plus (not required)
- Total Compensation: $70,000 – $85,000 (base salary + performance bonuses + team bonuses)
- Paid Time Off: 4 weeks annually
