This is a full-time, on-site role for an Automotive Body Shop Worker located in Brighton, Michigan. The candidate will perform repair and restoration tasks related to maintaining and reconditioning vehicle exteriors and structural components. Responsibilities include assessing vehicle damage, repairing dents, scratches, and structural issues, ensuring proper and safe operation of restored vehicles, and maintaining a clean and organized work area.

The role will also involve adhering to safety standards and working closely with the team to meet customer expectations.

• Proficiency in repairing dents, scratches, and performing structural repairs
• Basic knowledge of automotive body components and materials
• Experience in using tools and equipment specific to auto body repair
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality workmanship
• Ability to follow safety protocols and operate equipment responsibly
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team setting
• Relevant certifications in auto body repair or completion of a technical training program is an advantage
• Previous experience in auto body shop work is preferred but not required
