Looking for an office job while on break from school this summer? We have a Temporary Full-Time opening in our office in Brighton.

The First Impression Specialist is a position based in a fast-paced environment that includes change and variety. If you pride yourself on the ability to interact with co-workers and customers with enthusiasm, tact, and empathy, then this position is for you.

What You’ll Do:

• Greet, announce, and converse with customers.
• Accept packages and assist vendors with deliveries.
• Sort and distribute incoming mail and prepare outgoing mail.
• Send completed title product to customer.
• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

What We’re Looking For:

• Available to work Monday-Friday 8AM-5PM
• A helpful and cheerful image
• Clear, confident communication skills – verbal and written
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• The ability to function as a team player in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office – Word and Outlook
