What You’ll Do- Support PMs, Superintendents, and the preconstruction team from early planning through closeout.
- Own project documentation so drawings, specs, meeting notes, and key communications stay current and easy to find.
- Help with bid tracking, buyout support, purchase orders, change documentation, and insurance tracking.
- Coordinate project admin and logistics - meetings, permitting support, jobsite photos, signage, and document distribution.
- Keep clean digital files that support both office and field teams without confusion.
- Serve as a communication hub between the team, trade partners, consultants, vendors, and clients.
- Use Microsoft Teams as the system of record for documentation and internal communication.
- 2-5 years in construction support, project coordination, or a similar role (commercial experience is a plus).
- Strong organization, follow-through, and pride in keeping a team running smoothly.
- Comfort juggling priorities and working with different personalities without dropping details.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and willingness to learn project systems and workflows.
- True field ownership - you’re the on-site leader driving outcomes.

- A manageable project load - typically one job at a time, occasionally two if one is smaller.
