This is a full-time on-site role for a Field Representative located in Brighton, CO. The Field Representative will be responsible for conducting community outreach, delivering excellent customer service, providing training, and managing field-related activities. Responsibilities include building and maintaining relationships with program participants, assisting with enrollment processes, offering guidance on program services, and achieving organizational goals such as outreach and support for various community initiatives.

• Field Service and Sales experience with a proactive approach to identifying and meeting community needs
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, including the ability to interact effectively with diverse individuals and groups
• Experience in Training or providing educational resources and support
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of or experience within non-profit or workforce/community programs is a plus
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Proficiency in relevant technology and software applications
• Bilingual skills in English and Spanish are highly desirable
