About the Role
:
We are seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) to provide in-home, individualized therapy to adult clients in Brighton, CO. You ll work directly with patients to improve mobility, function, and quality of life through personalized care.

• Competitive Pay: $70.00 - $85.00 per routine visit
• Part-Time Availability: 10-20 visits per week

• Licensed Physical Therapist in Colorado
• Experience in home health or a related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in electronic medical record documentation
