Right At School is currently hiring for several part‑time positions within the Weld County School District Re‑3j.

• Before and After School Site Program Manager
• Upcoming Summer Camp Staff

We are currently seeking a part‑time Before and After School Site Program Manager. This position will be based at Ascent Classical Academy of Northern Denver at 5061 E 160th Avenue, Brighton, CO 80602, through the end of this school year.

Following this school year, the role will transition to our summer camp located within the Weld County School District Re‑3j at Meadow Ridge Elementary, 1501 Fletcher Ave, Lochbuie, CO 80603.

Once the summer program concludes, the position will return to a part‑time split‑shift schedule within the Weld County School District Re‑3j.

• Work Days: (Part‑Time) Monday‑Friday 2:30 pm – 5:30 pm and any early release days at Ascent Classical Academy of Northern Denver at 5061 E 160th Avenue, Brighton, CO 80602
• Summer Camp 2026 (estimated starting May 26) Part‑Time Shift between 6:45 am – 6:00 pm hours of operation. Must be able to work Monday through Friday. Located in the Weld County School District Re‑3j at Meadow Ridge Elementary, 1501 Fletcher Ave, Lochbuie, CO 80603.
• Fall 2026 School Year:
  Before and After School split shift hours. Must be able to work Monday through Friday. Located in the Weld County School District Re‑3j

  Now (great time to train before summer camp starts), or you can commit to start for summer camp only!
• Starting Wage: $25–$27.50 per hour (depending on experience and educational qualifications in a group setting)

• Must be 21 years or older
• One year of supervisory experience
• Verifiable education/experience
• REQUIRED – 4yr degree education, elementary education, specialty in art/human service (social work, psych, etc.); OR 2yr degrees and 6mo (910 hrs) of experience from the age of 18; OR 5,460 hrs of experience (2‑3yrs) with 6 semesters of schooling or 40 clocked hours of training for school‑aged children
• Able to work M‑F split shift

• Organize program materials for lessons and activities, as well as document attendance, incidents and other observation
• Deliver our dynamic daily curriculum to engage children in academic and social character‑building that expands school day learning in a meaningful way
• Using your coursework training and our in‑person training, model positive guidance and effective classroom management to maintain the safety, well‑being and attention of all children while supporting homework completion, leading fun fitness activities, and guiding children at play
• Excellent communication skills with varied audience including children, parents, staff and school personnel
• Model positive guidance and effective classroom management to maintain the safety and well‑being and attention of all children
• Meets regularly with the Area Manager regarding professional progress and team accountability
