Eagle Ridge Academy (ERA) is seeking a highly skilled High School Math Teacher to deliver rigorous mathematics instruction. Final course assignments will align with candidate strengths and departmental needs. As a public charter school, ERA maintains its own board-approved salary schedule and does not follow surrounding district pay scales. Placement is based on education and verified experience.

ERA offers a comprehensive benefits package, including:

• Valid Colorado Department of Education teaching license or enrollment in an alternative licensure program by start date.
• Endorsement or qualifications for teaching secondary mathematics.
• Ability to handle many complex tasks simultaneously.
• The ability and interest to be part of a high-functioning team. (Having respect and trusted colleagues, preferably as teammates, makes the demands of teaching sustainable.)
• The ability and interest to learn continuously and to adapt to changing circumstances (student characteristics, curriculum, and so on).
