Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Front Desk Coordinator to join our team on a contract basis in Brighton, Colorado. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a customer-facing environment and excels at managing administrative tasks efficiently. As the first point of contact, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth office operations and providing outstanding service to customers.

Responsibilities:

- Facilitate payment processing, including accepting cash and credit card payments for municipal water utility bills.

- Direct utility billing inquiries to the outsourced billing team for resolution.

- Handle incoming correspondence and oversee daily mail distribution to maintain organized office workflows.

- Answer and manage calls using a multi-line phone system, ensuring prompt and attentive communication.

- Respond to customer inquiries via email, providing accurate and timely information.

- Maintain and update records using software tools such as Caselle ERP and Express Bill Pay.

- Support administrative tasks to enhance overall office efficiency.

- Provide reception services, greeting visitors and addressing their needs with courtesy.

- Assist in other general office duties as required to ensure seamless operations. Requirements - Proven experience in receptionist duties, including managing multi-line phone systems.

- Proficiency in handling inbound calls and email correspondence.

- Skilled in processing payments, including cash and credit card transactions.

- Familiarity with software tools like Caselle ERP and Microsoft Office Suite.

- Strong organizational skills to manage correspondence and mail distribution effectively.

- Ability to provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.

- Previous experience in administrative assistance or office support roles.
