Senior Accountant – Fixed Assets

We are seeking a Senior Accountant with deep fixed asset experience to manage the full fixed asset lifecycle across multiple locations. This role is ideal for an accounting professional who enjoys ownership, precision, and visibility into capital activity, depreciation, and asset-level reporting. You will partner closely with accounting leadership and operations to ensure accurate asset tracking, compliant depreciation, and meaningful analysis tied to capital investment decisions.

This position offers strong ownership, technical depth, and exposure to leadership.

Salary:
Up to $110,000, commensurate with experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (required)
• 5 or more years of progressive accounting experience
• Proven experience managing the full fixed asset lifecycle
• Experience with asset capitalization, depreciation, disposals, and transfers
• Strong understanding of GAAP related to fixed assets
• Ability to prepare and maintain depreciation roll forwards and supporting schedules
• Experience supporting month-end close and balance sheet accuracy
• High attention to detail with strong organizational and analytical skills
• Clear, professional communication skills

• Experience supporting multi-location or multi-entity environments
• Exposure to capital project accounting or construction-in-progress
• Experience performing ROI or capital investment analysis
• Experience with ERP systems and structured close processes
• Advanced Excel skills
