Are you an experienced Registered Nurse looking for flexible work in a dynamic and supportive environment? The Montefiore Private Hospital is seeking a dedicated and skilled nurse to join our Outpatients team on a bank basis.

As part of our Outpatients department, you'll play a key role in delivering high-quality care across a diverse range of surgical specialities. You'll assess patients' health and wellbeing, support clinical investigations, and contribute to continuous improvements in patient care.

• Nurse-led clinics, including dressing and phlebotomy clinics, and contribute to the delivery of pre-operative assessments
• Provide chaperone support and clinical assistance to consultants during examinations and minor procedures
• Coordinate investigations requested by consultants and ensure smooth patient pathways
• Support the Outpatients Manager and wider team with tasks that ensure efficient department operations and excellent patient care
• Deliver personalised nursing care in line with hospital policies and best practice standards

• NMC registered nurse with relevant clinical experience
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• A proactive, compassionate approach to patient care
• Ability to work flexibly as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Venepuncture and ILS Training is desirable for this role.
