FOOD PACKER

Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Packer to join our warehouse team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that products are accurately packed and prepared for shipment. This role involves various tasks related to materials handling, quality control, and efficient warehouse operations. The Packer will play a crucial role in maintaining the flow of goods within the facility.

• Accurately pick and pack products according to order specifications
• Conduct quality control checks to ensure products meet standards
• Stock shelves and maintain an organised warehouse environment
• Assist with shipping and receiving tasks as needed
• Perform physical tasks associated with packing duties
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of packing areas.
• Duties include but not limited to, packaging our high quality products, maintaining cleanliness at all times and following food safety regulations.

• Previous experience in a warehouse environment is preferred but essential.
• Familiarity with materials handling techniques and equipment.
• Knowledge of shipping and receiving processes is advantageous.
• Experience with picking, packing, and stocking procedures is beneficial.
• Mechanical knowledge to assist in basic equipment maintenance is a plus.
• Great attention to detail and commitment to quality control standards.
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
