We own the freehold of a large mixed use block of flats in Hove. Facing the sea every flat owns a share of the company which was established in the 90's. The block is an HRB and directors who are volunteers need a location manager to co-ordinate the requirements of a 60's block and new regs for running it. On site gym, beauty and massage salon, well known restaurant and porter team
Role DescriptionAn interesting part time role for a site manager located in Hove. You will handle daily administrative tasks, through block management software and practical issues interfacing with a team of - off site agent, bookkeeper, surveyor, porters, residents and directors of the freehold company. This is a freehold management company with a shared freehold of 100+ flats in a mixed use developmemt.
Qualifications- , personal interactions and digital skills
- Proven communication skills to ensure very good relations with contractors, leaseholders, porters, directors, and visitors
- Proven technical skills, including confidence and ability to use our Block Management software Dwellant
- Flexibilty to enjoy manageing multiple tasks in a dynamic environment
- Relevant property and facilities management experience
- Educational level to first degree or equivalent
