We are looking for an experienced Cleaning Supervisor to work with a range of Mitie clients to manage a cleaning team, including recruitment and development of staff and maintain excellent service standards for the delivery of routine planned and periodic cleaning for a Mitie customer.

• Manage a cleaning team, including recruitment and development of staff, and maintain excellent service standards for routine planned and periodic cleaning for a Mitie customer.
• Deliver routine planned and periodic cleaning and ensure staff understand and work to task schedules.
• Follow the correct Health & Safety procedures and provide technical training as required.
• Distribute uniforms, monitor standard of cleanliness and the use of materials, and order stocks as necessary.
• Deal with issues efficiently and in a professional manner, referring to the line manager where appropriate.

• The ideal candidate will have previous supervisory and cleaning experience.
• Good communication skills, reliability, and a hardworking professional attitude.
• Ability to work to a schedule on own initiative.
