Weekend Care Supervisor

Home Instead Brighton, Hove and Shoreham are seeking an experienced carer and administrator as a Weekend Field Supervisor to support clients and carers in the community and office. The role will be based from home, the office and ‘in the field’. Condensed full time hours

• Core hours will be over the weekend.
• Available to answer the on-call phone, address any alerts and provide support visits
• 7am-9pm on Saturday and Sunday
• 4pm-9pm Friday evening
• 7am-10am Monday morning
• Office based handover meeting on Monday and Friday
• Introduce and brief new Care Professionals on visits
• Audit client visit notes, monitor care plans and carer feedback
• Act as a core part of the central support system
• Pay rate of £15/ hour

• Experience in care provision to the highest standard
• Full UK driving licence, own vehicle with business insurance
• Live in and be familiar with the Brighton area
