Support Worker – Patcham – £12.92 ph

Typical shifts:
Day shift and waking night shifts 7:30‑10, 15:00‑22:00, 22:30‑07:30. Shifts vary based on rota.

• Assist with personal care.
• Encourage residents to access local communities.
• Socialise and facilitate activities.

• Full UK driving license.
• Resilient, flexible, and composed approach.
• Experience with Positive Behaviour Support plans and reflective practice.
• Experience working with individuals with complex mental health needs.
• Previous care assistant role is desired.
