Hunters are proud to be recruiting for a fast‑growing retail client in Hove seeking a Customer Experience Manager to lead their customer service and sales support team.

Customer Experience ManagerThe Role
You will lead a team of Customer Service Executives, ensuring customers receive exceptional service while supporting the business to convert enquiries into sales.
- Leading and developing the customer service team
- Driving sales conversion from inbound enquiries
- Managing customer aftercare and resolving escalated issues
- Monitoring KPIs and improving team performance
- Delivering excellent service across phone, email, and online channels
- Producing performance reports for senior management
- Experience managing a customer service or sales support team
- Proven track record improving team performance and KPIs
- Strong leadership and coaching ability
- Confident communicator with excellent organisational skills
- Comfortable working with CRM systems and performance reporting
- £29,000 £ 35,000 basic salary
- KPI bonus (OTE £36,000 £ 42,000)
- 31 days holiday including bank holidays (rising with service)

Hours:
37.5 hours per week, flexible between 8am 6pm Monday Friday with occasional Saturdays (9am 3pm).
