Accounts Senior​/Accounts Technician

Location: Brighton & Hove area
Salary: £28,000 - £35,000

Pro Talent is proud to be working with a highly regarded independent accountancy practice in the Brighton & Hove area.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive, close-knit team and work with a varied and interesting client base. The role offers excellent exposure across accounts, tax and advisory work, making it ideal for someone looking to strengthen their all-round skills in practice.

The role includes:

• Year-end accounts preparation for sole traders, partnerships and limited companies

• Bookkeeping and VAT returns

• Personal and corporation tax compliance

• Assisting with client queries and advisory projects

• Building meaningful relationships with a loyal client base

The successful applicant:

• AAT qualified / studying AAT / or qualified by experience

• Previous experience working in an accountancy practice

• Comfortable using cloud-based software (Xero experience beneficial)

• Positive, proactive, and keen to develop professionally
