A new opportunity has arisen for a Conveyancing Legal Secretary to join a well-established, multi-office regional law firm at its Leeds office.

To be considered for this role, you must have a minimum of 1 years previous experience working in conveyancing as a Legal Secretary.

The Conveyancing Department cover the full spectrum of residential property work to include:

• Buying
• Selling
• Remortgage
• Buy to Let
• Investments
• Trust Declarations
• Equity release
• Shared Ownership
• Transfer of Equity
• Auction Properties
• Jointly owned property and separation

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Managing diaries efficiently
• Typing audio and copy documents accurately
• Taking minutes and filing documents
• Handling incoming calls
