About this Role
We are looking for a Sales Manager to lead our EMC sales team in the North. This is a hands‑on leadership role where you will drive growth, coach your team, and build long‑lasting client relationships.
Responsibilities- Lead and inspire a regional sales team to deliver results
- Win new contracts and grow existing accounts across the North
- Spot opportunities to expand our presence in the municipal and utilities market
- Guide your team to be confident, trusted partners for our clients
- Report on sales performance and develop clear growth strategies
You are a proven people manager who thrives in a fast‑paced client‑facing environment. Commercially sharp and passionate about sustainable solutions you know how to get the best from a sales team while building strong partnerships with customers.
Qualifications- Proven track record of success in B2B sales in equipment rental, waste management or utilities
- Demonstrated experience in leading and coaching sales teams with a history of developing people and driving results
- Strong communicator who builds trust quickly with public and private sector clients
- Organised, self‑motivated and confident using CRM tools and reporting software
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across the Midlands
