Hotel Maintenance

What You’ll Do

• Perform routine maintenance and preventative care on hotel equipment and systems
• Inspect guest rooms and public areas to ensure safety, functionality, and brand compliance
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests from guests and staff
• Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general building systems as needed
• Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in an organized and safe manner
• Assist with property upkeep, including grounds and exterior maintenance

• Prior maintenance or facilities experience preferred
• Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general repairs
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable, professional, and service‑oriented mindset

• Schedule may vary; must be available to work weekends and holidays as needed

• Take additional maintenance requests as assigned
• Perform routine maintenance on equipment and systems such as plumbing fixtures, HVAC units, and electrical wiring to ensure optimal performance and make any repairs
• Establish and implement preventative maintenance protocols to keep equipment operations smooth and eliminate safety risks
• Keep a record of completed repairs and when equipment was last serviced
• Examine building windows, walls, and doors for damage and perform repairs when needed

• 2+ years of maintenance experience
• Flexible availability for on-call maintenance requests on nights and weekends
• Superb attention to detail, work ethic, and communication skills
• Advanced understanding of maintenance equipment, procedures, and techniques
• Knowledge of heating and air conditioning units, plumbing systems, and electrical systems

$16 - $20 hourly
