  • Monitor product quality using in‑line instrumentation such as OCV, IR, charge/discharge systems, and vision inspection tools
  • Lead root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) for in‑process non‑conformities and deviations
  • Conduct MSA studies for both in‑line and off‑line instruments
  • Drive key quality initiatives aligned with functional OKRs and operational goals
  • Define and implement control plans, SOPs, and test procedures for in‑process materials
  • Recommend and support the deployment of advanced testing equipment to enhance lab capabilities
  • Actively contribute to Process FMEA activities, embedding robust detection and prevention controls
  • Continuously improve analysis methods and lab workflows to enhance efficiency and accuracy
  • Ensure documentation (SOPs, work instructions) is up to date and consistently followed
  • Collaborate with internal teams and global sites to share insights and align on quality best practices
What You'll Bring
  • Strong experience in a manufacturing shop floor and laboratory environment
  • Background in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (experience in prismatic cell formation is a plus)
  • Familiarity with in‑line and off‑line quality instrumentation and testing methods
  • Experience with CAPA, MSA, and quality control planning
  • Knowledge of SPC, Lean Six Sigma, and continuous improvement tools
  • Understanding of ISO 9001 and/or IATF 16949 quality management systems
  • Ability to coordinate across teams and manage quality‑related projects
  • Experience working in shift‑based or fast‑paced production environments is preferred
