We are recruiting Class 1 LGV C+E Drivers at our Bridgwater Depot (TA6 6DF) within the Mller Milk & Ingredients Distribution Business.

• Shift Pattern:
  • Friday – Tuesday: 5 days on, 2 days off (5/7)
  • Thursday – Sunday: 4 days on, 3 days off (4/7)
  • Friday – Tuesday: 5 days on, 3 days off (repeat)

Days

• Monday – Friday: £16.63 per hour
• Saturday: £18.71 per hour
• Sunday: £24.95 per hour

Nights

• Monday – Friday: £19.00 per hour
• Saturday: £21.38 per hour
• Sunday: £28.51 per hour

Overtime rate: £18.71

• Deliver milk products to customer stores and regional distribution centres.
• Put safety first and respect all other road users.
• Ensure driver and vehicle checks are completed correctly.
• Plan routes to account for safety restrictions, planned road works and traffic to ensure a smooth and efficient journey.
• Act professionally at all times as the interface between the business and our customer base.

• HGV Class 1 Licence (LGV Cat C+E)
• Current CPC and digital driving card
• No more than 6 minor points on driving licence (no CDs, DDs, DRs or INs)
• Comfortable with the physical nature of the role
• Effective team member who works well independently
• Excellent attitude to work
• Self‑motivated with a positive attitude and extremely reliable
