O'Neill and Brennan are seeking a reliable and skilled Second Fix Carpenter to join our site team in Bridgwater. The ideal candidate will have strong carpentry experience, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to deliver a high-quality finish across a range of joinery tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

Carry out all aspects of second fix carpentry, including:

Hanging internal and external doors

Fitting skirting boards, architraves, and trims

Installing kitchens, cabinets, wardrobes, and bespoke joinery

Completing boxing-in, linings, and finishing works

Fitting ironmongery (handles, locks, hinges)

Work from drawings and specifications to ensure accurate installation

Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work area

Work efficiently without compromising quality or safety

Communicate effectively with site management and other trades

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Second Fix Carpenter

CSCS card (or equivalent)

Good understanding of health & safety on site

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Reliable, hardworking, and detail-focused
