We are seeking a skilled and proactive Mechanical Maintenance Technician to join a global manufacturing organisation at their state-of-the-art facility. This is a permanent position offering long-term career development within a stable and growing business.

This is a hands-on role, ensuring the continuous, safe, and efficient operation of all production machinery, equipment, and site facilities through proactive maintenance, swift repair, and technical collaboration.

Experience &

Qualifications:

Academic Qualifications  
Time-served apprentice with a formal engineering qualification (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent)
Demonstratred experience in machine and facilities maintenance within a manufacturing environment
PC literate with experience using maintenance management systems (e.g., CMMS)

Key Responsibilities:

Execute planned preventative maintenance (PPM) across all site machinery and infrastructure
Respond rapidly to equipment breakdowns and implement effective solutions
Support operations by resolving mechanical issues that impact production efficiency
Collaborate with others in the Manufacturing Systems Engineering department and other teams to improve reliability and resolve complex faults
Ensure strict adherence to safety regulations and site procedure

Package & Benefits:

Up to £40,000 per annum, depending on experience + bonus
Monday to Friday working pattern with an early finish on Fridays
