Machine Operator

The Role

As a Machine Operative you will be working within a manufacturing environment and your duties will be as follows:

• Running the machines
• Working within a busy manufacturing environment
• Recording data on systems
• Starting on one machine and then getting trained on various others which will also give you an extra £1.25 an hour once trained
• Producing high quality products
• Following procedures and health and safety at all times
• Maintain and monitor machine to make sure it functions properly
• Conducting quality checks

As a Machine Operative you will have the following skills and experience:

• Start immediately and are looking for long term work
• Previous experience is not essential but is very useful within the role
• Able to work in a fast paced environment
• Health & Safety awareness
• Able to work 2 days and 2 nights 12 hour shifts
• You will be able to travel to Bridgwater

We are looking for Machine Operatives.

42 hours per week on a rotating 12 hour shift pattern: 4 on 4 off, 2 days/2 nights then 4 days off.

Start and finish times: 6:45am to 6:45pm for day shift, 6:45pm to 6:45am for night shift.

Pay: £13.39 an hour rising to £15.91 after 12 weeks.

Immediate start.

Temporary to permanent contract.
