• You are a mobile mechanic who builds relationships and represents the RAC with pride. Every fix, every chat, every driveway visit shows what we’re all about.
• You mix diagnostics, repairs, and checks. You manage stock, do reporting, and keep customer conversations flowing.
• You think on your feet and make the right call for each customer. Different fixes, different faces, new challenges every day.

• Level 2 light vehicle maintenance qualification (or equivalent)
• At least 3 years’ hands‑on experience as a vehicle technician working with a range of light vehicles
• A full UK driving licence with fewer than 6 points

• A competitive base salary of £38,625, with on‑target earnings of up to £50,000
• A guaranteed overtime option to increase your base salary to £44,385, plus additional overtime and bonus opportunities
• 40 hours per week, with core hours from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, and 1 in 4 Saturdays.
