Monday – Thursday 8:30am – 5pm, Friday 8:30am – 4pm

To provide 2nd line technical and operational support for business & manufacturing applications that supplement Refresco’s ERP environments. Responsible for documenting, troubleshooting and resolving complex system issues, ensuring the smooth functioning of related processes, and assisting end‑users with system enquiries and problems.

• Act as the primary contact for assigned applications, providing technical support, investigating complex issues across business areas (Forecasting, Scheduling, BOM, Labelling, QM, WMS, LGVs, Conveyors, Customer Portal, Middleware, Alerting, YMS), and collaborating with 1st line support to resolve within SLAs.
• Monitor and manage ITSM queues, escalate issues to external suppliers/3rd parties, and coordinate with service providers for advanced configuration/customisation.
• Assist end‑users with functionality and best practices, analyse requirements, propose enhancements, and recommend process improvements to optimise operations.
• Design and develop dashboards/middleware solutions, participate in testing, upgrades, patches, refreshes, archiving, and new implementations while adhering to Change Management and governance processes.
• Maintain records of application setup, process flows, incident resolutions, and knowledge articles for future reference.
• Provide on‑site support across offices, warehouses, and production areas, and deliver 24/7 coverage for business‑critical issues as part of the on‑call rota.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate proven expertise across multiple systems, a deep understanding of manufacturing business processes, strong experience in supporting business and manufacturing systems, and proficiency in system integration and middleware technologies.
