Management Accountant

Butler Rose has been appointed to recruit a Management Accountant on behalf of a growing business based in Bridgwater.

This is an exciting opportunity for a hands‑on finance professional who enjoys combining robust financial reporting with meaningful commercial insight. You'll work closely with the Financial Controller providing clear analysis and actionable recommendations to help shape business growth.

• Prepare monthly management accounts, including:
  Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, Cashflow, Variance analysis
• Produce weekly performance dashboards covering occupancy, rates, revenue, and operational KPIs
• Support preparation of board packs, delivering accurate, timely, and well‑explained financial data
• Provide insightful commentary on financial performance, highlighting trends, risks, and opportunities
• Deliver high‑quality management accounting and reporting outputs
• Provide commercial insights.

The successful candidate is likely to be a qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA (or equivalent). A confident communicator able to present financial information clearly. You will have strong Excel skills and experience and be proactive, analytical, and detail‑oriented.
