About the Role:
We’re looking for a Reliability Engineer to drive engineering excellence and continuous improvement across our processes. Using your Mechanical/Electrical expertise, you’ll lead maintenance best practices, implement reliability initiatives, coach teams, analyse performance data, and reduce risk while improving efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure Engineering best practices and continuous improvement
Coach and develop teams on maintenance and reliability techniques
Identify cost-saving and efficiency opportunities
Manage process performance, equipment reliability, and risk mitigation
Use CMMS systems for data analysis and planning
Lead escalation, KPI achievement, and mechanical efficiency improvements
What We’re Looking For:
Strong Mechanical/Electrical background
Proven experience in engineering leadership and Reliability
Passion for continuous improvement and problem solving
Ability to coach, influence, and motivate teams
High performance mindset with entrepreneurial approach
