We are currently seeking an experienced M&E Estimator to join a major project based in Bridgewater, Somerset. This is a 12-month contract opportunity working on a high-profile programme, offering long-term stability and the chance to be part of a technically challenging environment.

Key Responsibilities

* Preparing detailed mechanical and electrical cost estimates

* Reviewing drawings, specifications, and scope documents

* Producing cost plans, budgets, and tender submissions

* Working closely with engineering, commercial, and project teams

* Supporting procurement and subcontractor evaluations

* Ensuring estimates align with project and commercial requirements

Essential Requirements

* Minimum 3 years’ experience as an M&E Estimator

* Strong background in mechanical & electrical estimating

* Experience with electrical systems, cabling, and pipework

* Good commercial awareness and attention to detail

* Ability to work independently while collaborating with wider teams

Contract Details

* 12-month contract

* Inside IR35

* Competitive day rate, commensurate with experience

* Hybrid role consisting of 2/3 days in Bridgewater, Somerset and 2/3 days per week from home.

This role would suit an M&E Estimator looking for a long-term contract on a complex and rewarding project.
