OverviewAt Cavendish Nuclear we’re working to create a safe and secure world, together, and you can play your part as a System Handover Engineer at our Hinkley site.
Responsibilities- Coordinating and delivering work packages from installation through to commissioning
- Monitoring and driving quality reporting and evidence from contract partners
- Maintaining system handover procedures, guidelines, and work instructions
- Managing and updating the handover database
- Collaborating with the OCC Manager and engaging daily with project installers and completions teams
This role is full time, 37 hours per week and is based at Hinkley.
Essential Experience- Previous project engineering experience
- Background in mechanical, electrical, civil, structural, or instrumentation engineering
- Experience working within multi-discipline teams
- Understanding of CDM regulations
- Familiarity with handover databases (e.g., WinPCS, Opus, Switch Asset Suite)
- Project Management qualification (APM PPQ or Prince2)
- Degree beneficial but not essential
The successful candidate must be able to achieve and maintain a Security Check (SC) security clearance. Further details at United Kingdom Security Vetting: clearance levels - ().
