This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious and inspiring Science specialist who wants to lead by example in the classroom, drive innovation in pedagogy, and support colleagues to deliver outstanding teaching and learning.

Lead Practitioner Pay Range 1-3

As a Lead Practitioner, you will model excellent practice, coach and mentor staff, and work collaboratively to raise achievement and engagement in Science from Year 7 to Year 11. You’ll be at the heart of a dynamic team that is committed to curiosity, creativity, and challenge in every lesson.
