Site Agent

We are currently seeking an experienced Site Agent to lead the delivery of a key Car Park Scheme in Bridgwater, Somerset. This is a contract position offering a competitive day rate of £450-£475 (CIS an option).

Key Responsibilities

· Oversee day-to-day site operations, ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, and within budget

· Manage subcontractors, site teams, and suppliers

· Ensure full compliance with health & safety legislation and company procedures

· Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders

· Monitor progress against programme and report accordingly

· Maintain high standards of quality assurance and documentation
 
Essential

Skills & Qualifications

· Civil Engineering qualification (or related discipline)

· Valid CSCS card

· SMSTS certification

· Full UK/EEC driving licence

Desirable Experience

· Demonstrable experience in successfully managing highway and infrastructure schemes

· Proven track record of managing health & safety in a construction environment

· Strong leadership and communication skills

· Ability to deliver projects in a fast-paced, regulated environment
