Long-term Assignment

ENG bauen is currently seeking a Construction Manager to take up a highly visible, hands‑on role on a multi‑billion‑pound nuclear project. This is a long‑term contract opportunity offering real influence over site execution on a nationally critical programme.

The role sits alongside the Site Manager, supporting day‑to‑day construction leadership and acting as a key delivery figure across complex mechanical scopes. You will be heavily involved in coordinating site activities, maintaining construction standards, and driving safe, efficient execution in a highly regulated environment.

This position is suited to an experienced Construction Manager with a strong background in large‑scale mechanical installation, particularly high‑quality piping and welding, and proven experience operating on complex, high‑value projects.

• Construction leadership role
• Construction‑focused with strong interface into commissioning readiness
• Supporting the Site Manager and wider project leadership
• Long‑term contract on a flagship UK project
• Complex mechanical and multidisciplinary construction scope

• 10+ years’ experience in Construction Management
• Proven delivery experience on large capital projects (£50m+ / £bn scale)
• Strong background in mechanical construction (piping, welding, installation)
• Experience working in highly regulated environments
• Background in nuclear or adjacent sectors such as Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Chemical, or Pharmaceutical
