We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Records Professional with a background in construction, engineering or manufacturing. The role will be based at Hinkley Point C (HPC) Nuclear Power Station, working within the Main Civil Works programme of the UK's expanding nuclear sector.

• Manage LTQRs: identify, produce, package and submit LTQRs progressively throughout construction to demonstrate compliance with project and regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all deliverables adhere to the organization’s records management, version control, collaboration and workflow automation processes.
• Maintain compliance with the Office of Nuclear Regulation (ONR) regulatory requirements and client licence conditions.
• Liaise and coordinate with the off‑site supply chain, nurturing suppliers with a cradle‑to‑grave approach and ensuring timely and controlled LTQR delivery.
• Engage with on‑site delivery teams, external clients and the central engineering function to enhance, optimise and streamline Inspection & Test Plan processes to ensure optimum LTQR delivery.

• Proficiency with EDRMS software (e.g. Asite, Teamcenter, SharePoint).
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Understanding of life‑time quality records (LTQR) process and best practices.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
• Knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements related to LTQRs.
• Strong understanding of completions and handover processes.
