Quantity Surveyor

Join Sir Robert McAlpine in constructing a state‑of‑the‑art battery manufacturing facility. You will manage the commercial aspects of a 15GWh lithium‑ion battery project, ancillary buildings and site‑wide works.

Responsibilities

Be a recognised Quantity Surveyor with strong commercial awareness and focus on profit and cash.
Collaborate with the Client Procurement Team on scope documents and enabling work packages.
Bring prior experience with Construction Management projects.
Manage procurement, tendering, contract administration, variations and subcontract account management.
Minimise risk, cost and maximise value via cost checking and analysis of labour, plant and materials.

Your profile

Large‑scale major project or Construction Management experience.
Can champion strategy by disseminating data and applying sound judgement.
Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying/Commercial Management or related field.
