As part of this exciting new chapter, we’re looking for compassionate, resilient, and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Children’s Residential Support Workers . You’ll play a key role in supporting children aged 8–17 with emotional and behavioural needs.
What You’ll Do
- Provide emotional and practical supportto children in care
- Support daily routines: school runs, meals, activities, appointments
- Help young people developlife skillsand promote positive behaviours
- Buildtrusting relationships and act as a positive role model
- Contribute to care planning, record-keeping, and team collaboration
- Ensure the home meets the highest safeguarding standards
What We’re Looking For
- Experience with children/young people (residential or similar preferred)
- Calm, empathetic, and non-judgmental approach
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Resilience in managing challenging situations
- Willingness to work shifts (evenings, weekends, sleep-ins)
- Full UK driving licence(highly desirable)
- Level 3/4 Diploma in Residential Childcare (preferred – training provided)
