As part of this exciting new chapter, we’re looking for compassionate, resilient, and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Children’s Residential Support Workers . You’ll play a key role in supporting children aged 8–17 with emotional and behavioural needs.

What You’ll Do

  • Provide emotional and practical supportto children in care
  • Support daily routines: school runs, meals, activities, appointments
  • Help young people developlife skillsand promote positive behaviours
  • Buildtrusting relationships and act as a positive role model
  • Contribute to care planning, record-keeping, and team collaboration
  • Ensure the home meets the highest safeguarding standards
Requirements

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience with children/young people (residential or similar preferred)
  • Calm, empathetic, and non-judgmental approach
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Resilience in managing challenging situations
  • Willingness to work shifts (evenings, weekends, sleep-ins)
  • Full UK driving licence(highly desirable)
  • Level 3/4 Diploma in Residential Childcare (preferred – training provided)
