Join our team as a Process Engineer, providing technical expertise and problem-solving to ensure safe, high-quality, on-time, and cost-effective production of aluminium strip.

You're curious, methodical, and a self-starter who enjoys improving processes, supporting operations, and driving innovation. You work well independently and with cross-functional teams.

• Optimise and troubleshoot manufacturing processes.
• Support projects and process improvements using Lean, Six Sigma, and PFMEA tools.
• Apply engineering theory to real-world production challenges.
• Analyse data, prepare reports, and communicate results effectively.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and business growth.

• Degree in Engineering (or equivalent experience).
• Experience in manufacturing, ideally aluminium or metals.
• Strong analytical, teamwork, and communication skills.
• Proficiency with technical software and process tools.

• Knowledge of aluminium manufacturing, quality systems, and process control.
• Project management experience.

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday 36.25 hour week - Flexitime

Salary Range:
Competitive - depending on experience

Process Manager within the Thermo Mechanical Processing Department
