Location: Bridgnorth.

Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday – Thursday (08:30 – 17:00), Friday (08:00 - 13:00)

Salary: £45,000 - £55,000. Dependant on experience.

Due to continued growth, we are increasing our Customer Delivery team, and we are looking for a Rapid Delivery Project Manager to drive the success of high-value, short lead time projects that shape the future of mobility.

About

The Role

As part of a dynamic team, you will be responsible for delivering rapid delivery customer projects within 4 – 12 weeks, to drive our monthly revenue. This is a great opportunity offering potential development and progression into more complex, longer term new product introduction projects.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Managing end‑to‑end delivery of short‑lead‑time customer projects.
  • Coordinating cross‑functional teams across Engineering, Operations, Quality, and Planning.
  • Leading project governance routines and delivery meetings.
  • Acting as the primary customer contact, ensuring fast and transparent communication.
  • Tracking risks, issues, and scope changes to maintain delivery performance.
  • Supporting financial performance and accurate revenue recognition.
  • Identifying opportunities for customer growth and continuous improvement.
Who We’re Looking For
  • Experience managing prototype or rapid development projects.
  • Background in automotive, performance automotive/motor sport, energy, or similar sectors.
  • Strong project management discipline and commercial awareness.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems (Business Central desirable).
  • Proficiency in MS Project, Excel, and Power

    BI.
  • Experience in Agile methodology, APM or equivalent certification preferred.
  • Ability to travel to site.
