What you will do at Sogeti:

• Establish and manage end-to-end program governance frameworks, including Operating cadence, Steering Committee cycles, stakeholder reporting and escalation paths
• Stand up and maintain PMO-governance artifacts such as RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies), Decision registers, Change-control board processes, RACI matrices for cross-functional accountability
• Ensure compliance with enterprise standards and drive continuous improvement in delivery processes.
• Develop and maintain integrated, wave-based execution plans across small, medium, and large applications within the portfolio.
• Map and coordinate technical components
• Align and manage program-wide constraints such as freeze windows, blackout periods, success criteria for cutover and separation milestones
• Lead coordination across QA, UAT, engineering, and business teams to ensure comprehensive testing coverage and readiness.
• Drive cutover planning, run-of-show execution, and post-deployment validation.
• Manage hypercare operations, ensuring rapid triage, issue resolution, and stabilization after go-live.
• Facilitate collaboration across architecture, engineering, product, security, operations, and business partners.
• Provide clear, timely communication tailored to technical and executive audiences.
• Ensure all teams are aligned on scope, milestones, dependencies, and risk mitigation strategies.

What you will bring:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Must have at least 7+ years of professional experience and at least 4+ in project management
• Proven ability to drive governance, execution planning, and multi-team coordination for highly technical programs.
• Strong understanding of application hosting models, integration patterns, and environment strategies.
• Demonstrated success managing cutovers, testing cycles, and post-go-live support.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder-management skills.
• PMP, SAFe, or similar certification a plus.
