Salary: $60k - $95k base

Responsibilities

• Perform payroll and accounts payable duties, including three-way match, AP aging, and weekly check runs

• Review and process vendor invoices and payments in a timely manner

• Ensure monthly invoices and related documentation are issued timely

• Process Payroll and all related duties on a weekly basis

• Assist with AR collections and weekly cash flow projections, taking an active role in meetings

• Record and reconcile cash receipts.

• Support monthly close and project reconciliations.

• Assist with creating project forecasts, WIP and financial statements

• Provide documentation to external accounting firms as needed

• Support office operations, including supplies and rented equipment.

• Prepare daily cash balances and AP aging reports.

• Assist with monthly close, accruals, and financial reporting.

• Manage project accounting through the completion of the project

Qualifications

• Associates or Bachelor's degree in Accounting preferred

• Non-degreed professional with relevant experience will be considered

• Recent graduate with relevant internship experience will be considered.

• General Accounting skills required

• A/P, A/R, Billing experience required.

• Proficient in Excel

• Able to work independently
