Job Summary

The Accounts Payable Associate supports accurate invoice processing and vendor management while helping mitigate vendor risk and fraud in a global environment. This role ensures the integrity of vendor and payment data and compliance with company policies and tax regulations.

Accounts Payable Responsibilities

+ Maintain and update vendor records in compliance with company policies.

+ Review vendor change reports and ensure accuracy in SAP and vendor management systems.

+ Process and review invoices for accuracy, coding, and compliance.

+ Research and resolve invoice and vendor discrepancies.

+ Assist with vendor reconciliations, debit balance reporting, and IRS 1099 preparation.

+ Handle IRS B-Notices and TIN discrepancies.

+ Communicate with internal teams, foreign offices, and vendors as needed.

+ Provide backup support and assist with additional AP tasks as required.

Requirements

Accounts Payable Requirements

+ 1-3 years of Accounts Payable or related accounting experience.

+

Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems.

+ Knowledge of vendor master data, invoice processing, and tax compliance (1099s).

+ Strong attention to detail, time management, and communication skills.

+ Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, global environment.
