Provide customer service to clients, contractors, and visitors by following Allied Universal security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and post orders at a technology-focused location;
Conduct regular and random patrols of offices, building interiors, and exterior perimeters to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions;
Monitor access points and verify identification, badges, and/or visitor credentials, directing individuals to the appropriate check-in process and documenting access as required;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including contacting site representatives and/or emergency services when appropriate;
Complete timely reports and logs of patrols, observations, and incidents, and communicate updates to site leadership and/or Allied Universal supervision
