Provide customer service to clients, employees, and visitors by following Allied Universal procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a technology campus and/or data-focused location.;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting key details and escalating concerns through the chain of command.;
Conduct regular and random foot patrols of office areas, common spaces, loading and delivery zones, and exterior perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and/or policy violations.;
Monitor access points and observe activity through security-related systems such as cameras, alarms, and visitor logs, reporting irregular conditions per site procedures.;
Complete required reports and shift documentation, including incident reports, patrol logs, and maintenance or hazard notifications, and communicate pertinent information during shift handoff.
