Store Support, Customer Service Rep

The Home Depot Store Support role involves a variety of non-sales functions to support the customer experience, order fulfillment, and store operations. Direct customer or vendor interaction is sometimes required. Specific positions may include:
Office Associate, Order Fulfillment Associate, Lot Associate, and Customer Service Representative. Associates work cooperatively with other Associates, vendors, and carriers, with little/some supervision, are detail-oriented, and have proven time management skills. They must demonstrate a high level of integrity at all times, respond to operational concerns of all associates and remain focused on store specific business objectives while supporting key operational responsibilities.

• Ensure an outstanding customer order fulfillment experience and assist customers in the lot or with administrative services.
• Direct customers to store departments or merchandise and answer questions on product order status.
• Handle cash management or program compliance where required.
• Work cooperatively with other Associates, vendors, and carriers; maintain focus with little/some supervision.
• Support key operational responsibilities and store objectives while maintaining integrity.
• Specific positions may include:
  Office Associate, Order Fulfillment Associate, Lot Associate, and Customer Service Representative.
