• Establish and maintain Guest Services.
• Support the Store Manager in the overall operation of the store, ensuring maximum sales and profitability.
• Develop staff.
• Control expenses and shrinkage.
• Handle all aspects of merchandising and inventory control in adherence with Company policies and procedures.

• Minimum age requirement: 18.
• Physical demands require in excess of 8 hours of standing, walking, climbing ladders, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Prior retail and/or management experience is required.
