This is a full-time on-site role for a Licensed Real Estate Agent, located in Bridgewater, NJ. The primary responsibilities include assisting clients with buying, selling, and renting properties, conducting market analyses, preparing contracts, and offering exceptional customer service. The agent will need to stay informed about market trends, maintain property listings, and provide personalized support to meet client needs. Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders will also be a critical part of the role.

• Possess a valid Real Estate License and have comprehensive knowledge of Real Estate and Real Property laws.
• Demonstrated proficiency in customer service and relationship management.
• Proven experience in sales with strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to analyze market trends and develop strategies to meet client objectives.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple clients and transactions effectively.
• Familiarity with the Bridgewater, NJ, real estate market is a plus.
